Ordering
How far in advance should I place my cake order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance for standard cakes and 14 days for custom designs. During peak seasons (holidays, graduation season), please order even earlier.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Minor changes can be accommodated up to 72 hours before your pickup/delivery date, depending on our production schedule. Please contact us as soon as possible with any requested changes.
Do you offer refunds?
We can provide a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup/delivery. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days in advance are not eligible for refunds.
Custom Cakes
Can you recreate a cake from a photo?
Yes! We love bringing your vision to life. Please share your inspiration photos during the ordering process, and we'll work with you to create something similar that matches your needs.
What cake flavors and fillings do you offer?
We offer a variety of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, and more. Fillings include buttercream, ganache, fruit preserves, and cream cheese. You can see all options in our custom cake builder.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We offer gluten-free and dairy-free options for most of our cakes. Please note that all products are made in a facility that processes nuts, gluten, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 25-mile radius of our bakery for a fee based on distance. Delivery fees start at $15. For deliveries beyond our standard range, please contact us for a custom quote.
What are your pickup hours?
Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. We are closed on Mondays.
How should I transport my cake?
We recommend transporting cakes on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle. For tiered cakes, we suggest bringing a helper. Keep the cake out of direct sunlight and avoid sudden stops or turns.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash for in-store pickups. Full payment is required at the time of ordering for custom cakes.
Do you require a deposit?
For standard orders, full payment is due at the time of ordering. For large custom orders over $200, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 7 days before pickup/delivery.
